Privacy notice

Your account

Signing in with Google or an email verification code saves your account identifier, email address and display name. Email codes expire after 10 minutes; only a verification hash is stored temporarily. These connect your identity, table invitations and contributions. Your email is not shown in the guestbook or gallery. We do not store your Google password or Google profile photo.

Guestbook, photos and videos

We save the name or nickname, writing, media and captions you submit. Contributions on a public table can be viewed by anyone. On an invitation-only table they are visible to invited guests and the owner. Check the table’s visibility before posting.

Media and retention

We keep original uploads along with display versions and previews to preserve quality. Original files do not have a public download endpoint. Posted contributions remain in the archive until deleted. Deleted content may temporarily remain in recovery backups, where backups exist.

Your browser and service providers

Cookies maintain sign-in, invitations and editing access for guests without an account. Browser storage may remember your language, theme and entered name. Google verifies Google sign-in; Microsoft Azure hosts the site and its data and delivers verification emails. We do not use advertising trackers.

Changes, deletion and contact

Use the edit or delete controls on your own contributions. Anonymous contributions require the browser used to post them; clearing browser data can remove that access. To request deletion of account information or a contribution you can no longer access, contact the owner, Ju An Kang, through the social links below.
